We do not access any other Google Drive data beyond what you actively choose to import.

We use your data solely to provide and improve our accounting service.

Google user data is used only to:
- Import selected documents into the platform
- Display and organize financial records
- Support bookkeeping functionality

We do not use Google user data for advertising or unrelated purposes.

3. Google API Limited Use

Fuluflow’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We confirm that:
- Google user data is only used to provide user-facing features
- We do not sell or transfer Google user data to third parties
- We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

We use trusted infrastructure providers such as DigitalOcean to host and process data securely. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Storage & Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS)
- Secure cloud storage
- Access control and authentication

We take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

Upon verified request, your data will be permanently deleted within a reasonable timeframe.
